Visibility Systems

Your competitor has fewer reviews, older photos, no post in a year, and still outranks you everywhere. The reason sits outside the profile, and it is findable.

Local SEO Authority

Pricing confirmed after your free audit

At some point the basics stop being the problem. Your Google listing is right and your service pages exist. You still sit behind the same three competitors every time you search. Authority is the level where the work turns to why Google trusts them more than you.

Everything in the Growth level continues: profile upkeep, service pages, listing cleanup, technical fixes, tracked positions. On top of it we go after the thing that separates the top three from everyone else. That thing is other credible websites in your area referencing yours. You approve every page and every outreach before it happens.

The problem it solves

You have done the sensible things and the map results did not rearrange themselves. That is not a sign the work failed. It is a sign you reached the part of local search that is not about your own website at all. Google is weighing how much of the rest of the internet treats you as a real, established business in your town. Right now it treats your competitors that way more than it treats you.

The second problem is judging an agency at this price. Higher-priced SEO tends to come with vaguer descriptions. That is exactly backwards. So this page says in ordinary words what happens each month and how to check it. It also names the parts that depend on other people saying yes rather than on us working harder.

Who this is for

A single location competing where the top results are entrenched and the easy fixes are already made. Authority tracks more search phrases than Growth and covers more of your services. It also adds hours for local link and listing work. It is the most-chosen level. That says something about where most competitive local markets sit. It is not a recommendation for your market specifically.

How Creative Marketing AI helps

Everything from the lower levels keeps running. It is worth saying plainly what that is. Your Google Business Profile is the free Google listing behind your map pin and the details panel. It gets hours, categories, services, photos, posts, and answers to the questions strangers leave on it. Citations means your business name, address, and phone listed identically on the directories Google cross-checks. Those are sites like Apple Maps, Yelp, Bing Places, and your trade directories. We audit those listings and correct them. When they disagree, Google trusts you less. On-page work also continues every month. That means edits to the visible parts of your pages. It includes the title that becomes the blue clickable line in search results. So does schema, the hidden code that labels your address, hours, services, and reviews in the format Google reads directly instead of guessing.

What Authority adds first is depth of content. At the lower levels we build a page for each main service. Here we build the layer under that: the specific job, the specific neighborhood, the question a customer types before they are ready to call. A competitor with forty relevant pages beats one with nine. Forty is not a magic number. There are forty different searches, and they have an answer for each.

Third, deeper tracking. Keyword tracking means a written list of the exact phrases your customers type, rechecked monthly for your position. At this level the list is longer. It includes the phrases you are currently losing, not just the ones you are winning. The losing list is where the next month's work comes from. The target is the local pack. That is the boxed group of three businesses above the ordinary links. It takes most of the clicks on a phone.

You can check all of it. Your portal shows every tracked phrase, your position, and the movement since last month. It also shows the date it was last checked and the month's published work. You can do a manual check too. Open a private browser window and search your service plus your town. Then look at your Google profile, the new pages, and the review count. Positions move unevenly, and a strong month can still show a dip somewhere. Judge the direction across a quarter rather than a single report.

What's included

  • Everything in Local SEO Growth continues, so the profile, listing, page, and technical work does not pause while the harder work runs.
  • More monthly content: job-level, neighborhood-level, and question pages drafted for approval. Each search a customer actually types gets a page answering it. One page no longer has to cover a whole category.
  • Deeper technical checks on speed, crawlability, duplicate pages, and broken links, so the pages you are paying to publish are actually readable by Google.
  • Schema markup extended across services, locations, and FAQs, so your details are labeled in the format Google reads directly.
  • A monthly written summary covering what published, what moved, what stalled, and what outreach did or did not land. You can judge the spend honestly.

How it works

  1. 1Run or review the website audit, plus a look at who currently holds the positions you want and why.
  2. 2Confirm your services, your service area, and the phrases worth competing for.
  3. 3Agree on the SEO level that matches your market and competition, this one or another.
  4. 4We draft and prioritize the month's content, technical fixes, and outreach for your approval.
  5. 5Approved work goes live, positions are rechecked, and you get the summary.

Is it the right fit?

Good fit

  • One location where the basics are already handled and progress has stalled
  • Markets where the top three results have been the same firms for years
  • Businesses with enough distinct services and neighborhoods to justify real content depth
  • Owners who can open a door locally, since introductions outperform cold outreach

Not the right fit

  • Owners who want a link count promised in advance, since that depends on other organizations saying yes
  • Businesses that have not done the basics yet, where Foundation or Growth is the honest starting point
  • Anyone expecting entrenched competitors to be displaced quickly
  • Businesses operating from more than one address, where Local SEO Multi-Location is the right shape

What you provide

  • The website URL and the towns or zip codes you actually serve
  • Your top services, and which jobs are worth the most to you
  • Google Business Profile access, or screenshots when access is not available
  • Accurate business details, photos, licenses, and service descriptions
  • Introductions or names for local outreach: suppliers, associations, sponsorships, chambers, since a warm relationship converts far better than a cold email from us
  • Approval on public copy and on any factual claim about your business
  • A named person who can turn around approvals within a few days

Straight talk

  • SEO does not guarantee a ranking, a lead count, or a revenue figure. Results depend on your market, your competition, what gets approved, and time.
  • Link and authority work depends on other organizations agreeing. We do not buy links or invent placements. Output varies month to month, and some months produce none.
  • Positions rise and fall for reasons outside anyone's control, including Google's own changes.
  • The work is strongest when the site is technically clean and easy to edit. If your current site blocks changes, the audit will say so before you buy monthly work.
  • Medical, legal, financial, and other regulated claims need extra review before publishing, and that review can slow a month down.
  • This is a monthly service, cancellable per the terms on this page. Published pages, links earned, and profile fixes stay yours.

Common questions

How do I know the work actually happened?

Your portal shows every tracked phrase, its current position, the movement since last month, the date checked, and what was published. Outreach is reported by name: who was approached, who responded, what went live. You can verify the visible half yourself in a private browser window. Search your service and town, then check your Google profile and the new pages.

Why can't you promise a number of links?

Because a link is another organization choosing to reference you, and we cannot make that choice for them. Agencies that promise a monthly link count are usually buying them from networks that exist for that purpose. Google is capable of spotting and discounting those. We would rather report a slow month honestly than hand you placements that carry a risk.

Do I need a new website first?

Not always. The work depends on being able to add and edit pages easily and on the site being technically sound. If your current site is the bottleneck, the audit will show it before you commit. Rebuilding first is usually the cheaper order.

How long does this take to show up?

It takes longer than the lower levels. The competitors you are trying to pass have been there a while. They have their own built-up references. Some fixes register in days. Content and authority work compound over months. We will not put a date on it, because nobody honestly can.

Will you write the pages?

Yes. We draft everything and you review for accuracy before publishing: services, licensing, pricing claims, regulated wording, and local details. Nothing goes live that you have not seen.

Is this the same as running ads?

No. Ads buy visibility while the budget runs and stop when you switch them off. This builds the site, the listings, and the local references, so the visibility outlasts the invoice. Many businesses at this level run both.

Can I pair this with social media?

Yes, and they do different jobs. Search is how a stranger finds you. Social is how they check you are real and currently working before they call.
