When two names above you answer to the same out of town owner, they bought that spot. Pages, listings, and proof are how it comes back.
Market Leader Visibility System (Competitive Market)
Pricing confirmed after your free audit
In a crowded city, the customer who needs you still opens Google. They still look at the map, still skim reviews, and still call one company. The difference is that eight other businesses in your trade are actively working to be that one. Several of them have been at it for years. This is the same monthly system with enough work behind it to compete on that ground.
One team handles your website pages and your Google map listing. The same team handles the articles and photos that answer customer questions, and the social activity that shows you are busy. It runs on one plan. Nothing public goes live until you approve it. Every month you get a report in words you can actually read. This version costs more than the standard one for a simple reason: it takes more pages, more content, and more months of steady work to move in a market where your competitors are spending too. Pricing is set after the audit.
The problem it solves
Most owners are not short on marketing tasks. They are short on anybody making the tasks add up. The website has not been touched since it launched. The Google listing has old hours and four photos from three years ago. Somebody's nephew posts to Facebook when he remembers. And nobody can say whether any of it brought in a call.
In a competitive market that gap gets expensive fast. The companies ranking above you are not lucky. They have a page for every service and every suburb. They have a Google listing with hundreds of reviews and fresh photos. And they have articles answering questions customers ask before they ever pick up the phone. Matching that is not a one-month project, and doing a quarter of it does not get you a quarter of the way there.
Who this is for
Local service businesses in a hard market: a dense metro; a high-value service where one customer is worth thousands; several locations to cover; or a niche where the companies above you in the search results publish something new every week. This is for an owner who has already accepted that light monthly activity will not close that gap.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
We start with what people in your area actually type into Google. Not guesses, and not the words you use in the shop. There is a real difference between "emergency AC repair" and "air conditioning installation" as searches. There is also a difference between somebody downtown and somebody in the suburb twenty minutes out. We pull the searches for your services across every town you cover. We sort them by how many people search and how hard the top spots are to reach. That list becomes the plan for the year. In a competitive market that list is longer. The easy terms are already taken, and the work has to go wider and deeper.
Then we build the pages that match those searches. Google shows the page that answers the search. Say you have one page called "Services" that lists nine things you do. It will lose to a competitor who has a real page for each one, in each suburb. You get a page per service and a page per area you cover. Each one is written like an actual person explaining the work: what the job involves, what to expect on the day, and what to do next. We draft them. You read them before they go live and tell us where we got the details wrong.
We work on your Google Business Profile, which is the listing that shows up in the map box with your reviews and photos. For most local businesses this is the single largest source of calls. In a crowded city it is also where the competition is fiercest. We fix the categories and service list so Google understands what you sell. We keep the hours and service area accurate, load real job photos, and post updates. We also set up a routine for asking customers for reviews and answering the ones you get, good and bad. We clean up your citations, which just means the places around the web that list your business name, address, and phone number. When those listings disagree with each other, Google trusts you less. Businesses with multiple locations or an old address usually have more of that mess than they realize.
Alongside that, we publish the material that convinces a stranger and the material that builds authority. Authority is a plain idea wearing a technical name: Google gives more weight to a business that other credible places on the web point to and talk about. So we work on getting your business properly listed and mentioned in places that matter locally. We publish enough genuinely useful material that those mentions have somewhere to point. That means articles and FAQ pages answering the questions you get on the phone all day; before-and-after photos of real jobs; the certifications and licenses you hold; and steady social posts showing recent work.
Last, you see the work. Everything that touches the public site goes through the portal for your approval first. Nothing publishes with a wrong price or a claim you cannot back. Each month you get a report. It says what was published, what changed on the site, and where you sit for the search terms we are tracking. It also says what came in through the Google listing, and what we plan to do next month and why. At this level of spend that report matters more, not less. It is written so you can read it in five minutes. If something in it does not make sense, you can ask and get a plain answer.
What's included
- A monthly plan built from the searches people actually use across every area you cover. The work goes to the services and towns most likely to produce calls, instead of whatever is easiest to do
- Local search work on your website, meaning the pages and page structure Google reads. Your business is the result that matches the search, instead of the one buried below three competitors
- Google Business Profile management: categories, services, hours, service area, photos, posts, and a review routine. The map listing customers see first looks current and worth calling
- Drafted pages and articles for services, service areas, common questions, and proof. A stranger comparing you to two other companies finds a reason to pick you
- Authority building means getting your business properly listed and mentioned around the web. Google has more reason to treat you as an established local business rather than a new name
- Social posts that show recent work and real activity. Somebody who checks your Facebook or Instagram before calling sees a business that is clearly still operating
- Extra monthly workload for dense cities, high-value services, multiple locations, or competitors who publish steadily. You are not bringing a light plan to a fight the other side is funding
- Approvals in the client portal before anything public goes live. No price, claim, or detail about your business publishes without you reading it first
- A monthly report covering what was published, what moved, and what is next. You can tell whether you are getting your money's worth without learning a new vocabulary
How it works
- 1Start with the website audit so we can see your current pages, your local search gaps, how hard your market is, and what shape the site is in.
- 2Confirm that your market genuinely calls for competitive-market pricing. If it does not, we will tell you and quote the standard level.
- 3Build the plan around the highest-value gaps: the pages that are missing, the Google listing, authority and reviews, content, and reporting.
- 4Draft the work and send anything public through the portal for your approval.
- 5Publish, then report at the end of the month on what changed and what we recommend next.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Businesses in dense metros, high-value trades, or niches where the top competitors publish steadily
- Multi-location businesses that need every location found in its own area
- Owners where one new customer is worth enough that this level of monthly spend can pay for itself
- Owners who want one company responsible for search, content, social, and reporting instead of three vendors blaming each other
- Owners who will approve drafts, answer questions about their own business, and send photos when asked
Not the right fit
- A business in a small market with low search volume. This is the most expensive mistake an owner can make with this page. Say only a handful of people a month search for your service in your area. No amount of monthly work creates demand that is not there. You will be paying competitive-market rates to compete with almost nobody. Buy the standard level, a lighter plan, or a one-time foundation instead. The audit will tell you which.
- A business already ranking well in an easy market, where the standard level would do the same job for less
- Owners who want guaranteed rankings, guaranteed leads, or a promised timeline
- Owners who will not approve factual claims, share proof, or give access to their own Google listing
- Anyone who needs the phone to ring next week. Search work compounds over months, and competitive markets take longer, not less time. If you need volume immediately, paid advertising is the better tool.
What you provide
- Your current website address and every town or area you actually want work in
- The services you want more of, and the kind of customer you want more of. That is often not the same as the kind you get most
- Access to your Google Business Profile, or permission to guide the changes if you would rather keep the login. That includes every location if you have more than one
- Photos of real jobs, reviews, licenses, offers, and project details when you have them
- Timely approval on drafts and changes, because work waiting for a sign-off is work not producing anything
Straight talk
- Rankings, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed. Nobody who tells you otherwise can back it up.
- Results depend on your market, your competition, how fast you approve work, and time.
- Competitive markets take more patience and more proof, because your competitors are usually spending too. Paying more shortens nothing on its own.
- This work is strongest when your website is on our managed platform. It also works when the existing site is clean enough technically to support it. If it is not, the audit will say what has to be fixed first.
- Social posting supports trust and shows recent activity. It does not replace search pages, service-area structure, or local search work.
- Monthly service is cancellable per the terms on this page. There is no long lock-in.
Common questions
Is this just SEO?
Search work is a large part of it, but no. Local SEO means getting found in Google when somebody nearby searches for what you sell. This also covers your Google map listing; the pages and articles on your site; the photos and reviews that convince a stranger; the social activity that shows you are open for business; your approvals; and the reporting that tells you what happened. The point is that all of it moves in the same direction instead of five vendors each doing a piece.
What actually makes this the competitive-market version?
Volume of work, not a different service. More pages, more content, more areas covered, more authority building, and more months of it. The standard level assumes you need to be found; this level assumes you need to be found in a place where several other companies are working just as hard to be found.
How do I know I am getting my money's worth?
You get a monthly report. It lists what was published and changed, and where you stand for the search terms we track. It also lists what came in through your Google listing. You also see the work before it goes live. Everything public goes through the portal for approval. At any point you can look at exactly what you are paying for. At this level you should hold that report to a high standard. If it ever reads like activity for its own sake, say so and ask us to change the plan, or move down a level.
Why do we start with an audit?
Because we would rather sell you the right level than the biggest one. The audit shows what you have now and what your market actually takes. If your market is not as competitive as you think, we will quote the standard version instead. That conversation is easier before you have paid for anything.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. We use sound local search practices and we report honestly. But nobody can guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Any agency that does is selling you something they cannot control. What we can commit to is the work, the approvals, and the reporting.
Will I have to write the content?
No. We draft everything. You confirm facts, approve claims, and send photos. You answer the questions only somebody who does the work would know. An example is why a job takes two days instead of one.
Can I change levels later?
Yes. If your market turns out lighter than expected, or the business needs more coverage, the monthly level can be adjusted. Monthly service is cancellable per the terms on this page.
