You explained why the cheap part fails in three years, again, to one customer on the phone. That answer can sit where the next one finds it before calling.
Social Authority
$2,750/mo
In your trade, the person who explains the job well gets called first. Most owners know more than anyone else in their market, and none of it sits anywhere a customer can see it.
Social Authority turns what you know into a steady run of posts and short videos. They cover how the repair actually works, what the cheap version costs later, and why the estimate looks the way it does. We write and edit it from your jobs and your answers, you approve every piece, and it publishes across your accounts. $2,750 per month, billed monthly.
The problem it solves
You have had the same conversation four hundred times. Why the cheaper unit fails in three years. What actually causes the leak. Why the good version costs more and is still the cheaper choice. That conversation is the reason people hire you. Right now it only happens one customer at a time, on the phone, after they already called.
Two honest boundaries around fixing that. Posting on its own does not reliably produce leads for a local business, however good the content is. Any agency promising otherwise has earned the skepticism you brought to this page. And expertise content does not go viral for a plumbing company in a mid-size city, so that is not the plan. What it does do is change what someone finds when they check you out before calling. It also changes what they find while deciding between you and two competitors whose feeds are holiday graphics. That is a real advantage and a slow one.
Who this is for
Established local businesses that compete on expertise rather than price and want their social accounts to show it. This is an upper tier: higher volume, broader platform coverage, and short-form video in the monthly mix.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
Everything gets written on our side, but the thinking comes from you, and we make that cheap in time. Each month we pull your material out through short prompts: what job surprised you, what did a customer get wrong, what are you tired of explaining. You answer by voice or text in a few minutes and we turn it into finished posts. You are never handed an empty calendar and told to fill it in.
Approval covers every piece, video included. Each one waits in a queue with the caption and media already assembled, and you approve or reject it from your phone. Nothing publishes without that yes. At this tier you are putting technical claims and opinions into public under your own name. The review step matters more there than it does on a photo of a finished driveway, not less. If your field is regulated, meaning medical, legal, or financial, that review is mandatory and we will not work around it.
At month end you get a report in plain English: what was planned, what published, how the accounts behaved, and what we intend to change. Comments and direct messages stay yours. Expertise posts attract questions, sometimes technical ones, and the honest answer is that your team should be answering those. We flag posts that are drawing replies. Staffing the inbox is community management and has to be scoped and quoted on its own.
What's included
- A monthly plan built around what you actually know, approved by you before writing starts: the content sounds like your business and not a marketing department.
- Short-form video edited from your crew's phone footage, captioned and cut for vertical feeds: the explaining you already do reaches people before they call.
- Short prompts that pull your knowledge out in a few minutes by voice or text: being the expert costs time you can actually spare.
- An approval step on every post and every video, so no technical claim, price, or customer's property publishes under your name unread.
- Capture prompts for photos and clips, so usable footage comes out of jobs your crew is already doing.
- A monthly report of what was planned, what published, and what changes next, so the $2,750 is measured against visible work instead of trust.
How it works
- 1We agree on what you want to be known for locally and which services deserve the explaining, then set the topic direction for the quarter.
- 2Each month we send prompts. You answer by voice or text in a few minutes.
- 3We build the plan, write the captions, and edit your footage into short-form video.
- 4You approve, edit, or reject each post and each video. Nothing skips this step.
- 5Approved work publishes across your connected accounts on schedule, or we hand it over ready to post if you keep account access in house.
- 6At month end you get the report and the direction for the following month.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Businesses whose customers choose on expertise, trust, or the risk of a bad job rather than on the lowest price.
- Owners willing to spend a few minutes a month answering questions about their own work.
- Companies with visible, filmable work and a crew that can grab a clip on site.
- Businesses that want social run at a serious level on its own, apart from a website rebuild or search work.
Not the right fit
- Anyone expecting authority content to produce a countable number of leads. It will not, and we will not sell it that way.
- Owners who will not participate. This tier runs on your knowledge, and nobody can fake it for you.
- Businesses that want social to lift Google rankings. That is search work and lives in the SEO packages.
- Brands that need comments and technical questions answered through the day. That is community management, scoped separately.
- Owners who only need basic activity on a couple of accounts. Take a lower social tier and keep the money.
What you provide
- Your logo, brand colors or wording preferences, and the social accounts you already use.
- A few minutes a month answering prompts by voice or text about jobs, mistakes customers make, and questions you keep getting.
- Photos and short clips from real work, plus offers, announcements, and before-and-after proof.
- Approval on every caption and video, and on any claim about price, results, technical outcomes, or a named customer.
- Account access, or a person on your side who can publish what we hand over.
Straight talk
- We do not promise leads, calls, followers, engagement, reach, or virality. Results depend on your market, competition, participation, and time.
- Social content is not a substitute for SEO. Service pages, location pages, and Google Business Profile ranking work are different jobs.
- Automatic posting to X, formerly Twitter, carries a per-post fee from X, roughly $0.015 per post and about $0.20 with a link. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile do not charge that.
- Comments and direct messages, including technical questions, are not answered unless community management is scoped and approved separately.
- Short-form video at this tier is edited from your own phone footage. Produced spokesperson video and studio imagery are Creative Studio packages, priced separately.
- Regulated fields such as medical, legal, and financial must have owner review before any public claim goes live. We will not publish around that.
Common questions
How much of my time does this take?
A few minutes a month answering prompts by voice or text, plus approvals. Your crew grabs clips during jobs they are already doing. We do the writing and the editing.
Who writes and produces the content?
We do. You supply the knowledge, the photos, and the footage. Every caption is written on our side and every video edited on our side, then all of it comes to you for approval.
Will this make me the go-to name in my market?
We cannot promise that and will not write it as though we can. What we can say is what the work is. It is a public, steady record of how you do the job. Someone comparing you against two competitors has something to read besides a phone number. Whether that wins the job depends on your market and your competition.
Do I approve the videos too?
Yes, every post and every video. Each one waits in a queue with the caption and media ready and does not publish until you approve it. On technical claims, prices, and anything showing a customer's property, that review is the whole point.
Who answers the questions people leave on my posts?
You do. Expertise posts pull technical questions and your team should be answering those. We flag posts that are getting replies. Full community management is a separate scope that has to be quoted and approved.
Will this improve my Google rankings?
Not directly. A current Google Business Profile helps a person reading it decide you are active. Ranking is a separate job that needs service pages, location pages, technical work, and profile optimization.
Ready when you are.
