They got your name from a neighbor, then found a page last posted two summers ago and called somebody else. Keeping that page current is fixable work.
Social Presence Foundation
$750/mo
Somebody got your name from a neighbor, a truck door, or a search result. Before they call, they look you up. If the last thing on your page is from two summers ago, they wonder whether you are still in business.
Social Presence Foundation keeps that page current. We write a month of posts from your own jobs, photos, and offers. You approve them before anything goes out. Then they publish to the accounts you connect. $750 per month, billed monthly.
The problem it solves
Most owners have been through this once already. They paid someone a few hundred dollars a month. Posts appeared, nobody commented, and no calls came in. After six months they could not point to a single thing that came out of it. So they stopped, and now the accounts sit there with a two-year-old photo on top.
Here is the honest version. Social posting on its own does not reliably produce leads for most local businesses. Anyone who tells you otherwise is the reason you stopped trusting this. What a current feed does do is settle the question a customer asks silently, right before they dial: is this place still operating, do they do the kind of work I need, and does anyone else use them. A dead account answers that badly. An active one gets out of the way so the phone call happens.
Who this is for
Local businesses that want their social accounts to look current and real without hiring anyone, and without buying a full search visibility package. This is the entry tier: steady posting, nothing campaign-heavy.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
We write the posts. Not you. Each month we build a plan of what is going out and why, using your actual business as the material: the job you finished last week, or the truck you just bought. It can be the seasonal service people forget about until it is too late, or the question three customers asked in a row. You get that plan in plain language before anything is written, so you always know what is coming.
The photos come from you, and that is the part owners underestimate. A phone photo taken on site beats anything we could buy from a stock library, because customers can tell the difference. To make that easy, we send capture prompts: short instructions on what to photograph and when, usually a before shot, an after shot, and one of the crew working. If you do not have much on hand, we can start with what exists. We will tell you plainly that the feed will look thin until you send more. If you want finished video or studio-grade images, that is a separate Creative Studio package, not something included here. This tier is photo and text.
Nothing publishes without you. Every post goes into an approval queue with the caption and image already assembled. You approve or reject on your phone in about a minute. If you do not approve it, it does not go out. That matters most on anything with a price in it, a promise about results, a customer's face or property, or a regulated claim. Those are exactly where a stranger posting in your name can create a real problem.
One thing we do not do at this tier: sit in your inbox. Comments and direct messages stay with you. We can flag when a post is getting replies, so you know to look. Answering a customer who asks about availability or price is your team's job. That changes only if you scope community management separately. Owners get burned when an agency quietly answers a customer badly, and we would rather say that up front than surprise you with it.
What's included
- A written content plan for the month, delivered before anything publishes: you see every topic in one place instead of finding out what went out after the fact.
- An approval step on every single post, so no price, promise, or customer photo goes out in your name until you have seen it.
- Posts built from your real jobs, offers, and customer questions, so the feed looks like your business rather than a stock photo library.
- Capture prompts telling you what to photograph and when: gathering usable material takes a few minutes on site instead of a separate shoot day.
- A plain-English recap of what was planned and what published: you can tell in about a minute whether you got what you paid for.
- A fixed $750 per month, so this is a line item you can weigh against what it actually does instead of an open-ended retainer.
How it works
- 1We ask what you want social to do for you: look active for people checking you out, remind past customers you exist, push a seasonal offer, or help with hiring. That answer sets the topics.
- 2We build the month's plan and send it to you before writing anything.
- 3We write the captions in plain customer language and pair each one with a photo from your material.
- 4You approve, edit, or reject each post. Nothing skips this step.
- 5Approved posts publish to your connected accounts on the schedule, or we hand them to you ready to post if you would rather keep account access in house.
- 6At the end of the month you get a short recap of what was planned and what went out.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Businesses that finish visible work: trucks on site, before-and-after jobs, treated rooms, repaired equipment, events, or a crew people would recognize.
- Owners who want the accounts to look current and are willing to send photos, but do not want to write a single caption.
- Companies that want social handled on its own, before or entirely apart from a website rebuild or search work.
- Owners who want the lowest social tier and can live with modest volume on a few platforms.
Not the right fit
- Anyone buying this expecting it to produce a predictable number of calls or new customers. It will not, and we will not sell it that way.
- Businesses that want social posts to lift their Google rankings. That is search work, and this is not it.
- Owners who cannot send photos, updates, or approvals. With no material from you, the feed has nothing real in it.
- Brands that need someone answering comments and messages all day. That is community management and is not part of this tier.
- Businesses that need short-form video every month. This tier is photo and text.
What you provide
- Your logo, any brand colors or wording preferences, and the social accounts you already have.
- Photos from real jobs, plus offers, announcements, hiring needs, before-and-after proof, or questions customers keep asking.
- Approval on captions and on any claim about price, results, or a named customer.
- Account access, or a person on your side who can post what we hand over, whichever you prefer.
Straight talk
- Social posting is not search visibility. It does not replace service pages, location pages, or Google Business Profile ranking work.
- We do not promise leads, followers, engagement, or reach. Results depend on your market, your competition, what you send us, and time.
- Automatic posting to X, formerly Twitter, adds a per-post fee from X, roughly $0.015 per post and about $0.20 with a link. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile do not charge that.
- Comments and direct messages are not monitored or answered at this tier unless community management is scoped and approved separately.
- Regulated fields such as medical, legal, and financial need owner review before any public claim goes live, which is why approval is not optional.
- The quality of the feed tracks the quality of what you send. Good posts need real photos.
Common questions
Who actually writes the posts?
We do. You are not writing captions. We draft each one from the material you send and the plan you approved. Then it goes to you for a yes or no before it publishes.
Can I see posts before they go live?
Yes, all of them. Every post waits in an approval queue until you approve it. Anything with a price, a results claim, a regulated statement, or a customer in it should get your eyes on it. That is what the approval step forces.
Will this get me more customers?
We will not promise that, and be skeptical of anyone who does. Posting alone does not reliably generate leads for a local business. What it does is make you look active and real to someone already checking you out before they call. That is a different and smaller job. If your goal is more people finding you in search, look at the SEO or visibility packages instead.
What if I do not have many photos?
We start with what exists and tell you honestly that it will look thin. Then we send capture prompts so your crew can grab usable shots during work they are already doing. If you want produced video or studio images, that is a Creative Studio package, priced separately.
Who answers comments and messages?
You do. This tier writes and publishes; it does not staff your inbox. We can flag posts that are getting replies. Full community management is a separate scope that has to be quoted and approved.
Does this help my Google rankings?
Not directly, and nobody should tell you it does. A current Google Business Profile helps you look active to a person reading it. Ranking work means service pages, location pages, technical fixes, and profile optimization, all of which live in the SEO packages.
Ready when you are.
