The emergency and the vendor call the same number, and the wrong one waits. Every call gets sorted and sent to the right desk by rules you write.
Tara AI Receptionist, Enterprise
$1,799/mo
For the phone that never stops, and the call that has to reach the right person out of six. Same receptionist, built for heavier volume and routing that has more than one correct answer.
She works from the answers you approve and books inside the rules you set. Each call goes to the right desk, location, or on-call phone, based on rules you write with us.
$1,799 a month. We scope the volume and the routing with you before you buy, because the wrong plan is an expensive way to find out.
The problem it solves
At low volume, a missed call is a lost job. At your volume, the harder problem is sorting. The billing question, the new patient, the vendor, and the emergency all arrive on the same number. Routing one of them wrong does not cost the same as routing another.
Adding people is the usual answer, and it only works while someone is at the desk. Nights, lunch, and the rush after a storm are exactly when the calls arrive and nobody is free to take them.
Who this is for
Businesses running past what the standard plan was built for. Multiple locations, several departments, an on-call rotation, or enough calls that a $0.20 per minute overage on the standard plan stops being a rounding error.
If you have one location, one calendar, and one person who takes the hard calls, the standard plan is the honest recommendation. Start there.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
Everything starts the same way the standard plan does. Tara answers from a knowledge base you approve: your hours, your services, your service areas, and your exact wording for prices, policies, and anything sensitive. When a question is not in there, she does not improvise. She collects the details and hands the call off. At your volume that matters more, not less, because a wrong answer given a hundred times is a hundred problems.
The difference is what happens after she knows what the call is about. On this plan we build the routing tree with you: which department, which location, which calendar, which on-call phone, and what changes after hours or on weekends. A caller asking about a bill and a caller asking to be seen today take different paths, and you decide both.
Booking follows the same logic across more than one calendar. You set what she can schedule at each location or for each provider. You also set how long each type of appointment blocks, and how far out she is allowed to go. She books inside those limits and nowhere else, once you approve each calendar connection.
Escalation is written per path, not once for the whole business. You decide which calls go to a person, which person, and what she does before the handoff: take a message, send the transcript, forward the live call, or collect the details first so whoever answers already has them. Medical, legal, financial, emergency, and safety questions escalate to a person on every plan, this one included. Tara does not give advice on any of them.
Before anything goes live, we run test calls with you through each path. You call in as a billing question, as a new customer, and as an after-hours emergency. On each one you hear what your callers will hear. What sounds wrong gets fixed and you call again. Live routing waits until you have heard every path and approved it.
What's included
- Everything in the standard monthly plan, so the answering, intake, booking, and follow-up work the same way.
- Multi-path routing across departments, locations, or an on-call rotation, so the caller reaches the right desk instead of the first one.
- Booking against more than one calendar, so appointments land with the right provider or location.
- Escalation rules written per path, so an emergency and a billing question do not follow the same road to a person.
- Test calls through every routing path before go-live, so you hear each one before a customer does.
- Ongoing review of real calls with knowledge base updates you approve, so the answers get more accurate as volume builds.
How it works
- 1Talk with us first so we can scope call volume and routing before anything is bought.
- 2Buy the enterprise plan along with the one time setup of $999.
- 3Complete the onboarding interview, including the routing map.
- 4We build the knowledge base, booking rules, and per-path escalation from your answers.
- 5You review and approve every answer and every path.
- 6We run test calls together through each path and fix what sounds wrong.
- 7Calls route to her, and we tune the answers as real ones come in.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Multi-location or multi-department businesses answering one public number.
- Businesses consistently past 2,000 talk minutes a month on the standard plan.
- Teams with an on-call rotation and different rules after hours.
- Offices where the wrong internal handoff costs real money.
Not the right fit
- Single-location businesses with one calendar. The standard plan at $799 a month is cheaper and does the same job.
- Owners who do not want to review and approve the answers and the routing.
- Emergency-only businesses that have not defined human escalation.
- Front desks where a person needs to take every call.
What you provide
- Hours, services, service areas, and the questions you get asked all day.
- Your routing map: departments, locations, and who owns which kind of call.
- Booking rules and calendar access for each calendar she is allowed to touch.
- Escalation contacts per path, including the after-hours and on-call arrangement.
- Approved wording for prices, policies, emergencies, and anything sensitive.
- Call forwarding from your existing numbers, or cooperation from whoever manages them.
Straight talk
- Tara does not give medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice. Those calls escalate to a person.
- She does not quote a price or make a promise you have not approved.
- Nothing here replaces a human on the calls that need one, and the rules you write decide which calls those are.
- Setup is a separate one time $999 and is not part of this monthly price.
- Enterprise pricing is scoped before purchase. Volume and routing complexity are what decide whether this plan or the standard plan is correct.
Common questions
How is this different from the $799 plan?
Volume and routing. The standard plan answers one business with one set of rules and includes 2,000 talk minutes. This one carries heavier call traffic and routes calls across departments, locations, calendars, and an on-call rotation, with escalation written separately for each path.
Do I need this plan?
Probably not, if you have one location and one calendar. The honest test is your bill. If you are paying overage on the standard plan every month, this plan is the cheaper and cleaner answer. The same is true if your calls need to reach more than one team. We look at that with you before you buy.
Do I keep my numbers?
Yes. Your public numbers stay yours. Calls forward to the receptionist line on the routing you choose, per number if you have several.
What happens when the call needs a person?
Whatever you told her to do on that path. Message, transcript, live forward, or collect the details and pass them along to the right desk.
Is setup included?
No. Setup is a separate one time $999, the same as on the standard plan. It covers the interview, the knowledge base, the routing build, and the test calls.
Can she answer price questions?
Only from the wording you approved. Anything outside that, or anything sensitive, goes to a person instead of a guess.
Ready when you are.
