Common questions / Billing
The money rules, before you commit.
A new website starts at $2,500 for 5 core pages and is quoted from a free audit. You can pay in full, split it 50/50, or finance it over 3, 6 or 12 months at 18% APR. Website care is $99/mo and starts 30 days after signup. You can get a full refund within 72 hours, cancel monthly work before your next billing cycle, and you own the site once it is paid for.
These answers restate what is in our Terms of Service. If anything here ever disagrees with the Terms, the Terms are the contract.
What does a new website cost?
Rebuilds start at $2,500 for 5 core pages. Your exact price comes from the free audit, which counts your pages and classifies each one, so the number is tied to what your site actually has rather than a guess.
What is included in the base price?
A full redesign of up to 5 core pages — for most local businesses that is home, services, about, contact, and one service-area page. Your audit produces an estimate and a downloadable PDF, and those two documents define the agreed scope and price.
How can I pay?
Three ways: in full, a 50/50 split with the second payment due in 30 days, or financing over 3, 6 or 12 months at 18% APR.
How long is my estimate good for?
Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date they are generated. Pricing may change after that.
What if I want something that is not in the estimate?
Work outside the estimate is treated as a change request. We price it and you approve the price before we do it — nothing gets added to your bill without you saying yes first.
Why is website care required, and when does billing start?
Website care is required on every site we build and host, because it is what keeps the site online after launch — hosting, daily backups, security, software updates, uptime monitoring, DNS, redirects, analytics and your client portal. It is $99/month or $999/year, and billing starts 30 days after signup.
How are monthly marketing plans billed?
Monthly, and you can cancel any time before your next billing cycle. Plans start at $1,450/mo for Google and social together, $950/mo for Google only, and $750/mo for social only. Your exact monthly price is set after the free audit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my monthly plan?
You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades may be restricted during an active billing cycle, so a downgrade usually takes effect at the start of the next one.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase. After 72 hours, refunds are handled case by case, may be partial based on the work already completed, and are not guaranteed.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed or disputed we may pause services, restrict access, withhold deliverables, and retain domain control where that applies. We would rather talk to you first — if money gets tight, tell us before the payment fails.
Who owns the website?
You do, once it is paid for in full. Until then we retain ownership of the work. We may show completed work in our portfolio.
Who controls my domain if I finance?
On a financing plan we retain domain control until the plan is paid off. Once it is, control is yours.
What does the AI receptionist cost to run?
Tara is $799/mo plus a $999 one-time setup. The monthly plan includes 2,000 talk-minutes; anything past that is billed at $0.20 per minute.
If my launch is delayed, does billing pause?
No. Billing cycles run independently of delivery timelines. Rebuilds are planned around a 30-day launch window, but that window depends on your information, assets, DNS steps and approvals arriving on time.
Do you guarantee rankings or leads?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. SEO is ongoing best-practice work — we improve your pages, content and local listings month over month, but nobody controls Google.
What am I responsible for?
Providing accurate content, responding promptly, keeping our access working, and reviewing what we send you. Everything is shown to you before it publishes, so once you approve it, accuracy is on you.
