How is the plan chosen?
The scan counts your pages and looks at your business type and site structure, then points to the plan that fits. Plan prices are fixed.
What does the website in a plan include?
A custom website drafted from your current site, with rewritten content, metadata, internal linking and a page structure built for search. It also includes routine changes and website care. After you confirm your current website, we prepare your custom first draft in about 14 days. You review it, and nothing goes live on your domain until you approve it.
Does the plan include website care?
Yes. Website care is included in every monthly plan (Base and Upgrade 1 to 4), at no extra charge. A website that is not on a plan needs website care, which is billed separately at $99 a month or $999 a year.
Will I lose links or rankings when your new site replaces the old one?
We crawl your existing site, save the old URLs, and map them to the most relevant new pages with 301 redirects. That helps preserve existing links, bookmarks, and search engine signals instead of letting old pages turn into dead links. Search rankings can still fluctuate briefly after a new website goes live while search engines recrawl the site, but the redirect plan is designed to protect the value your current pages already have.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month. No contract. You can change plans whenever you need to. Upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately, with the difference prorated.
How many receptionist minutes do I get?
Base includes 375 a month, and the plans step up to 6,000. Inbound and outbound calls share one allowance, and unused minutes expire each month. Past your minutes, extra minutes are $0.30 each. At 200% of your minutes the receptionist switches to taking messages only, so a busy month cannot run up a surprise bill.
What does the plan cost in total?
The price on the plan is the price you pay each month. There is nothing else to add for the plan itself.
What is not included?
Not included: new custom pages, new functionality, redesigns and new integrations.
