You paid for the site, approved every color, and launched it. Nobody ever told Google it exists, which is a one time fix, not a monthly bill.
Launch Optimization & SEO Foundation
$1,495 one-time
A new website can look great on launch day and quietly cost you customers for a year. The old pages people had bookmarked go dead. Google is not sure which town you serve. Nothing is counting how many people visit. You find out something is wrong when the phone gets quiet. This is the one-time work that keeps launch day from doing that. It is $1,495, paid once.
We set the foundation the new site sits on: what searches it should be built to answer, and a clean handoff from your old pages to the new ones. It also covers a Google map listing that matches reality, plus tracking that tells you what is happening from day one. It is a starting point, not a subscription. If you want somebody working on your search visibility every month after this, that is a separate service. This makes it start from a clean base instead of a mess.
The problem it solves
A site can launch with good design and still get the basics wrong: no clear idea which searches it should answer, and a Google listing with the wrong categories and an old address. There may also be no tracking connected, and old page addresses that now lead nowhere.
The dangerous part is that none of it announces itself. Your old page addresses may not point to the new ones. When that happens, anyone who saved a link or found you through an old search hits an error page and moves on. Google may spend weeks re-figuring out what you do and where. Nothing is recording visits, so you have no idea what you had before or after. Most owners do not notice until leads slow down, and by then the cheapest window to fix it has closed.
Who this is for
Businesses launching a rebuilt website who want the search side handled properly at go-live, whether or not they buy monthly work afterward. It is added automatically to SEO and bundle checkouts. Starting monthly search work on an unprepared site means paying that monthly fee to fix launch problems instead of making progress.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
We work out what the site should be built to answer. That means finding what people in your area actually type into Google when they want your service. That is rarely the wording a business uses for itself. A customer types "burst pipe repair" or "AC not cooling" more often than they type your official service name. We hand you and the build a plain list: these are the searches worth having pages for, in these towns, in this order.
Then we handle the handoff from your old site. Every page address on the old site that people or Google knew about gets pointed at the right page on the new one. That is what a redirect is: a signpost that says "this moved here" to anyone who follows the old link. Without it, that old link lands on an error page. It could be a link from a directory, an email you sent last year, or a Google result somebody clicks today. Both the customer and the credit you had built with Google are lost. This is far easier to do at launch than to reconstruct six months later. That is most of the reason this is a launch service.
We also clean up your Google Business Profile, which is the listing that appears in the map box with your reviews and hours. We fix the categories and service list so Google understands what you actually sell. We correct the address, phone number, hours, and service area. We check the other places around the web that list your business. Those scattered listings are called citations. They often disagree with each other: an old suite number here, a disconnected number there. When they do, Google trusts you less, and customers occasionally call a phone that no longer rings.
Then we connect the tools that tell you what is happening. Search Console shows what people searched before they clicked your site. Analytics shows how many people came and what they looked at. Turning these on at launch matters more than it sounds, because they only record from the day they are connected. Connect them a year late and you have no idea whether the new site did better than the old one. We also run the launch checks on the details Google reads on each page. That means the title that shows in search results and the description under it.
Last, you get a plain review of where the foundation stands: what we set up, what we found, and what is still weak. It also covers what would need ongoing attention if you want to compete for more searches. That review is yours whether or not you ever buy another thing from us. It is also the honest end of this service. A one-time setup cannot keep publishing pages, collecting reviews, or responding to what your competitors do next month. Nobody can charge you once for work that only counts if it keeps happening.
What's included
- A plain list of the searches your site should be built to answer, in your towns. The new pages are aimed at what customers type instead of what the business calls itself
- Google Business Profile cleanup: categories, services, hours, address, and service area. The listing customers see in the map matches the business you actually run
- Checks on the directories and listings that carry your name, address, and phone number. An old address or a dead number stops sending customers and Google the wrong information
- Redirects from your old page addresses to the new ones. A customer clicking an old link lands on the right page instead of an error. You keep the credit those pages had built
- Search Console and Analytics connected or verified. From launch day forward you can see what people searched, how many came, and what they looked at
- Launch checks on the page details Google reads, including the titles and descriptions shown in search results. Your listing in Google reads like something worth clicking
- A written foundation review in plain English. You know what was set up, what is still weak, and what ongoing work would actually be worth paying for
How it works
- 1Run the website audit and confirm the rebuild scope.
- 2Set the search direction: which searches, which towns, which pages.
- 3Clean up the launch basics before or during go-live, including the Google listing and the page details Google reads.
- 4Connect tracking and confirm the redirects from old pages to new ones.
- 5Hand over the written foundation review, and move into monthly search work only if you decide you want it.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Businesses launching a rebuilt or replacement website
- Businesses with old page addresses, a messy Google listing, or listings around the web that disagree with each other
- Owners buying monthly SEO or a Visibility System afterward. They do not want to spend the first months of a monthly fee cleaning up launch problems
- Owners who want the launch done right and are not sure yet whether they want monthly work
Not the right fit
- Anyone expecting a one-time setup to replace ongoing search work. This sets the base. It does not keep publishing, keep earning reviews, or respond to what competitors do next month.
- A business that only wants standalone social or creative work
- A site that is not launching, being rebuilt, or being cleaned up
- Anyone hoping a foundation alone will move them up in a competitive market, where the businesses above you are working on this every month
What you provide
- Your current website address and a path to your domain settings
- Access to your Google Business Profile, or permission to guide the changes if you would rather keep the login
- Accurate business name, address, phone number, service area, and service list, exactly as you want them to appear
- Approval on launch details and tracking setup
Straight talk
- This is a one-time launch foundation, not ongoing monthly SEO. It is a starting point.
- It does not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Where you rank depends on competition, content, reviews, location, and time.
- It depends on accurate business information from you and on access to your Google listing and domain settings.
- Some items depend on access we may not be granted. If access is not available, the review will say what was not done and why.
Common questions
Is this the same as monthly SEO?
No. This is the foundation the site launches on: search direction, redirects, Google listing cleanup, listing checks, and tracking. Monthly SEO is somebody working on your visibility continuously after launch, publishing pages, building proof, and responding to competitors. This is one payment for one job with a defined end.
Why is this one-time instead of monthly?
Because the work has an end. Redirecting old pages, connecting tracking, and fixing a Google listing are things you do once and they stay done. Charging monthly for finished work would be dishonest. What genuinely needs to be monthly is the part that never finishes: new pages, new reviews, new content, and keeping up with competitors. Those are separate services, and you can decide about them after this.
Why is it added to my order automatically?
Because starting monthly search work on an unprepared site has a cost: the first months of your monthly fee go to launch cleanup instead of progress. You would also be paying more for the same work spread over time. If your site genuinely does not need it, say so when you start the audit and we will look.
Why do I need this before monthly SEO?
Monthly work builds on what is already there. Say old pages point nowhere, Google is confused about your service area, and nothing is tracking. The first months of any monthly plan go to fixing that. Doing it once, up front, at a fixed price, is cheaper.
Does this guarantee rankings?
No. It prepares the foundation. Rankings still depend on competition, content, authority, reviews, location, and time, and nobody can guarantee them.
What do I need to provide?
Your business details exactly as you want them shown, your services and service areas, and an access path for Google and your domain. If you would rather not hand over logins, we can guide the changes instead.
Can I buy this without a rebuild?
It is designed for launch and rebuild work. If you only want a local search cleanup on a site that is staying as it is, start with the audit. That way the right scope is clear before you pay for anything.
What happens after setup?
You can stop there and keep the foundation review. Or you can move into monthly SEO work, or a broader Visibility System. Nothing here obligates you to any of that.
