Your site has been down two weeks, and a customer is the one who tells you. We watch it, patch it, and back it up, billed once a year.
Managed Website Care, Annual
$999/yr
The same website care, paid once a year instead of twelve times. $999 for the year, which is $189 less than paying $99 a month.
Hosting, monthly security updates, scheduled backups, uptime monitoring, and the small text and photo edits you send us. One invoice, one renewal date, nothing else to remember.
The problem it solves
A website is not a finished thing. It is software that keeps running after you stop looking at it. The platform it sits on gets security updates. Certificates expire. Your contact form quietly stops delivering to an inbox that changed six months ago.
Most owners find out the same way: a customer mentions the site is down, or a form submission you never received turns into a job that went somewhere else. By then the question is not what broke. It is who has the login, who has a copy from before it broke, and how many days this takes.
Who this is for
Owners whose website was built or rebuilt by Creative Marketing AI. They already know they want the site looked after. They would rather handle it as one line on the books than as a recurring charge to review every month.
If you are not sure yet whether you want this at all, take the monthly plan and switch later. The discount is not worth committing to something you have not tried.
How Creative Marketing AI helps
Start with hosting, because it is the part everyone pictures. Your site lives on servers we run and monitor rather than on an account you set up once and forgot the password to. When something goes wrong at that level, it is our phone that rings, not yours.
Every month we apply the updates. The software your site is built on releases fixes, some of them security fixes that close a hole an attacker could otherwise use. We install them, then check the site still works afterward, which is the step that gets skipped when a business does this itself. An update that breaks the booking form on a Friday is worse than no update at all, so the checking is the actual work.
The annual plan buys none of that differently. The work is identical to the monthly plan, month by month, all year. What you are paying for with the yearly price is the discount and one invoice instead of twelve. There is no extra service tier hiding behind the annual option, and anyone selling you one should be asked what it is.
What this does not cover is worth saying plainly, because care plans get sold as though they cover everything. It is not a redesign, and it is not new pages. It is not SEO, and hosting a site does nothing on its own to make it rank. It is not social posting, not ad management, and not custom development. Those are separate work with their own scope and price.
What's included
- Managed hosting on servers we run and watch, so an outage is our problem to chase instead of yours.
- Monthly platform and security updates, applied and then checked, so the site stays patched without a fix breaking your forms.
- Scheduled off-server backups, so a bad change or a wiped page is a restore request instead of a rebuild.
- Uptime monitoring, so the site going down starts a call from us rather than from your customer.
- Small content edits on request, hours, phone numbers, prices, photos, so you are not waiting on a developer to change a line of text.
- Redirects, DNS, analytics, and form delivery kept working after launch: the links people already have keep landing, and the leads keep arriving in your inbox.
- One yearly payment of $999 covering all of the above, so you pay $189 less than the monthly plan and think about the bill once.
How it works
- 1Select Managed Website Care, annual billing, during checkout or onboarding.
- 2We launch the site into the managed environment and point the domain.
- 3We set up backups, monitoring, and update checks on a schedule.
- 4Send edits whenever you have them, and we make them.
- 5We keep applying and verifying updates each month, and the plan renews once a year.
Is it the right fit?
Good fit
- Businesses whose site was built or rebuilt by Creative Marketing AI.
- Owners who already know they want the site maintained and would rather pay for the year.
- Owners who prefer one invoice and one renewal date over a monthly charge.
Not the right fit
- Anyone still deciding whether they want website care at all. Start monthly.
- A business that wants cheap commodity hosting and nothing else.
- A site Creative Marketing AI does not host or maintain.
- An owner expecting SEO, content marketing, or social work to be part of hosting.
- An owner who wants frequent new pages or design changes. That is project work, not care.
What you provide
- Domain and DNS cooperation at launch, and registrar access when a change is needed.
- The content for edits you request, meaning the actual new text, photo, or number.
- Approval for launch timing and any major change to the site.
- A current billing method for the yearly renewal.
- Someone we can reach when a decision is needed.
Straight talk
- The annual plan is the same service as the monthly plan. The only difference is the price and the billing cycle.
- This is not a redesign package and does not include new page builds or custom development.
- SEO, content marketing, social posting, and ad management are separate services and are not included.
- If the plan is canceled while the site runs on our infrastructure, the site cannot keep running here. Migration or handoff is arranged separately.
- Nothing here promises uninterrupted uptime, search rankings, or lead volume.
Common questions
What do I get on the annual plan that the monthly plan does not have?
A lower price. That is the whole difference. $999 for the year against $1,188 paid monthly, so you keep $189. The work is the same either way, and we would rather tell you that than invent a feature to justify the tier.
What am I paying for in a month where nothing breaks?
Updates applied and checked, backups taken and stored, monitoring running, and any edits you sent. A quiet month is the product working, not the product idling. Some months that is a handful of small edits and a patched site. If you would rather pay only when something goes wrong, this plan is a bad deal for you; you should say no to it.
Is this just hosting?
Hosting is the smallest part of it. Raw hosting is a server and a bill. This covers the updates, the backups, the monitoring, the form and redirect checks, and the person who makes the edit when you send one.
Does this include SEO?
No. Keeping a site online and current is not the same as getting it found. SEO is separate monthly work with its own scope and price.
Do I need to understand any of the technical parts?
No. You send edits in plain language and approve the decisions that are actually yours to make. We do not ask you to choose a PHP version.
Ready when you are.
