Common questions
What am I paying for in a month where nothing breaks?
Updates applied and checked, backups taken and stored, monitoring running, and any edits you sent. A quiet month is the product working, not the product idling. The honest version is that some months you get a handful of small edits and a patched site, and that is it. If you would rather pay only when something goes wrong, this plan is a bad deal for you; you should say no to it.
Is this just hosting?
Hosting is the smallest part of it. Raw hosting is a server and a bill. This covers the updates, the backups, the monitoring, the form and redirect checks, and the person who makes the edit when you send one.
Does this include SEO?
No. Keeping a site online and current is not the same as getting it found. SEO is separate monthly work with its own scope and price.
Can I make edits myself?
That depends on what you want to change and how the site was built. Ask us. For most owners it is faster to send the change than to learn the admin, which is why edits are part of the plan.
Should I pay monthly or yearly?

What happens if I cancel?
The site cannot keep running on our infrastructure once the plan ends. Your content and domain are yours, and a handoff or migration is arranged separately so nothing disappears without a plan.
Do I need to understand any of the technical parts?
No. You send edits in plain language and approve the decisions that are actually yours to make. We do not ask you to choose a PHP version.
