Standalone Services

The promotion reached one location's page and never the other two, and somebody is still showing a price that expired in March. One plan covers every account.

Social Brand Leader

$3,500/mo

You have several locations, or several service lines, or a name people in town already know. Keeping all of that posting on schedule is now somebody's part-time job, and right now that somebody is you at nine at night.

Social Brand Leader is the top social tier. You get the highest post volume we run, and the widest platform coverage. You also get short-form video every month. A person on our side manages it, rather than a calendar left to run on its own. You still approve every post before it publishes. $3,500 per month, billed monthly.

The problem it solves

At your size the failure is not a dead account. It is drift. One location posts, two do not. A promotion goes out on Facebook and never reaches Instagram. Somebody publishes a price that expired in March. The brand looks scattered to anyone paying attention, and nobody on payroll has enough hours to hold it together.

The honest boundary is the same at $3,500 as it is at $750. Social posting on its own does not reliably produce leads. An agency that pitches this tier as a lead engine is telling you what you want to hear. Volume and steady posting at this level buy you three things. Every place a customer might check you, they find current and coherent work. Whatever you are pushing this month reaches all of your platforms and locations instead of one. And a person who knows your business is watching it, rather than a scheduling tool left to run on its own.

Who this is for

Businesses already known in town that need social handled at volume across multiple platforms, often across multiple locations or service lines. If you are choosing between hiring a part-time marketing person and outsourcing this, that is the decision this tier is priced against.

How Creative Marketing AI helps

Comments and direct messages are still not ours unless you scope community management separately. At this size that is worth a straight talk rather than a guess. High volume across several platforms brings real inbound traffic in comments and DMs. If nobody on your side is covering it, the gap will show. We flag posts that are drawing replies. We will tell you plainly if the volume looks like more than your team can absorb. Month end brings a report in plain English: what was planned, what published across which accounts, how they behaved, and what changes next.

What's included

  • Short-form video every month, edited from your crews' footage and cut vertical: the feed is not photo-and-caption at a price where video should be included.
  • A monthly planning call before any writing, so the plan follows what is going on in the business this month.
  • Per-location or per-crew capture prompts, so material comes in from everywhere and not just headquarters.
  • An approval queue on every post and video, with a named person you choose: nothing goes out under your brand until a person you trust says yes.
  • A monthly report of what was planned, what published where, and what changes next, so $3,500 is measured against a record rather than a feeling.
  • A person managing the account rather than an unattended scheduler, so when something changes in your business the plan changes with it.

How it works

  1. 1We map what you have: locations, service lines, existing accounts, who owns them, and what each one is supposed to accomplish.
  2. 2Each month we hold the planning call and build the plan around what is running in the business.
  3. 3We write every caption and edit your footage into short-form video.
  4. 4Your named person clears each post and video. Nothing skips this step.
  5. 5Approved work publishes across all connected accounts on schedule, or we hand it over ready to post if you keep account access in house.
  6. 6At month end you get the report covering every account, and the direction for the following month.

Is it the right fit?

Good fit

  • Businesses with several locations, several service lines, or separate accounts that have drifted out of sync.
  • Owners weighing this against hiring a part-time marketing person and wanting to compare the two honestly.
  • Companies with crews doing work you can photograph and film every week.
  • Brands that need the widest platform coverage and monthly video and can name someone to approve at that pace.

Not the right fit

  • Anyone buying the top tier expecting the leads to scale with the price. Price does not buy that promise here, at any tier.
  • Single-location businesses that just need to look active. A lower social tier does that and costs less.
  • Owners who cannot name a person to sign off. At this volume, a queue nobody clears stops the whole month.
  • Businesses that want social to lift Google rankings. That is search work and belongs in the SEO packages.
  • Brands whose real need is someone answering comments and messages all day. That is community management and is quoted separately.

What you provide

  • Your logo, brand colors, wording preferences, and every social account you want covered, including per-location accounts.
  • One or more named people who can clear posts without a week of chasing.
  • Photos and clips from real work at each location or crew, plus offers, announcements, hiring needs, and before-and-after proof.
  • Approval on captions and on any claim about price, results, discounts, deadlines, locations, or a named customer.
  • Account access, or a person on your side who can publish what we hand over.
  • Someone covering comments and direct messages, unless you scope community management with us on its own.

Straight talk

  • We do not promise leads, calls, followers, engagement, reach, or virality at any price. Results depend on your market, your competition, what you send us, and time.
  • Social posting is not search visibility. Service pages, location pages, and Google Business Profile ranking work are separate jobs in the SEO packages.
  • Automatic posting to X, formerly Twitter, carries a per-post fee from X, roughly $0.015 per post and about $0.20 with a link. At this volume that adds up, so it is a deliberate choice. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile do not charge that.
  • Comments and direct messages are not watched or answered unless community management is scoped and approved on its own. At this volume that gap shows.
  • Short-form video here is edited from your own footage. Produced spokesperson video, studio imagery, and ad creative are Creative Studio packages, priced on their own.
  • Regulated fields such as medical, legal, and financial must have owner review before any public claim goes live.
  • This is a monthly service. It does not lock you in, and nothing on this page is a limited-time offer.

Common questions

Who writes and produces everything?

We do. You supply material, direction, and approvals. Every caption is written on our side and every video edited on our side.

Will this generate leads?

Not on its own, and we are not going to write it as though the top tier changes that. Posting keeps you current and coherent everywhere a customer might look. It puts what you are pushing in front of the people who already follow you. Being found by new people searching is SEO work, which is a different set of packages.

Who handles comments and direct messages?

You do, unless you scope community management separately. At this volume that inbound is real, so decide it deliberately rather than discovering it in month two. We flag posts that are drawing replies and will tell you if the volume looks like more than your team can cover.

What does the monthly report tell me?

What was planned, and what published on which accounts and when. How those accounts behaved over the month, and what we are changing next with the reason. It is a record of the work, not evidence of leads.

Ready when you are.
